    Hi guys,
I recently bought Powerdvd ultra 9 from the Cyberlink website. I noticed a few issues:
    1. Playback is not consistent on all Blu Ray titles, Transformers I get sound but no video.
    2. Upon doing my daily Bitdefender virus scan it detected a virus in the Powerdvd ultra folder named "Packer.RLPack.D" I'm shocked since I got the file straight from the Cyberlink website.

Are the above points normal? Or should I scrap the program and look elsewhere?

No idea - the "virus" can be a false positive.

Is your Cyberlink software 64Bit compatible? A 64Bit version?

Also: Is it the system in your sig?

Just to update this issue. The "virus" turned into a false positive and upon releasing the "infected" files back into the program folder I was able to view Blu Rays just fine.

just curious if there might be a fix floating around for this issue ? i am leaning towards it being a firmware update for the drive, but Dell hasn't issued one for the UJ-220 blu-ray burner yet....

with me, it plays all my blu-rays fine, except for transformers, it keeps running the intro screen just prior to showing play/scene selection/set up, etc...
    it won't play the movie...
the bonus disc plays but only the upper half of the video is visible, the lower half is not present....

i also tried this with anydvd HD running, no sucess.
