Every time I accidently click on empty DVD drive under MyComputer, the drive opens and I get annoying popup on screen that there is no disk. I have 3 DVD and 5 external disks, so it's too easy to click on wrong thing accidently (happens alot), so my question is, is it possible to make windows take no action if empty drive is clicked? Some registry setting maybe?

This happens when you single click on the drive? I have to double click on mine to get the DVD to open.

I totally forgot about this thread :$
This happens when I click the drive at left panel of explorer. -
Guess no one knows then how to disable this

It's probably built into your drivers. For example, none of my DVD drivers open when i do that.
