    DVD pauses to load during playback

    is this normal? I have a xps1330 and when playing dvds i get pauses during playback, then I hear the dvd drive spin up and then the dvd resumes. This is my first notebook so I am not sure if this normal or not? If not, how do I fix it? BTW I am using powerDVD.
