This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Is there a free program that can tell you how much data you are sending or receiving on the internet?

    There are programs that can monitor how much data has gone through your network adaptor (probably includes local lan as well). I've been using Usage Agent, but I can't figure out the figures..

    For me this month it's recorded 78GB but my ISP has recorded 53GB...
