Anyone know of decent synchronization software to sync data between two PC's? Preferably freeware and also portable, since I would like to use it on my work PC which restricts registry writes, and don't feel like jumping through hoops to get our IT department to get it done.

    Thanks.

If the two PCs are always networked together, you can set up Shared Folders. IT might have to help you a little with the networking part...I am not sure what it would take.

Anyway, get the two PCs talking over the network. Set up Shared Folders. Then use Microsoft Windows XP SyncToy (its a powertoy) to do the dirty work.
