Is there any way to change the default positions of desktop icons from being the top left square to the right side of the screen and about a row down? I've got my taskbar at the top of the screen right now, and as it stands, when a new desktop icon is created, it's butted up against the taskbar and looks terrible. Obviously, I know it can be moved, but it'd be nice if I could find some script or registry tweak that'll start icons on the right and lower so they work their way down that side of the screen without doing it myself.
