I have Firefox and Thunderbird in the Startup folder, but both are launched before wifi is initialized and connected. So they both launch but can't connect. Is there any way to fix this?

You could use something like startup delayer to delay startup of those apps.

You could write a simple batch file with a sleep command in it, that launches thunderbird and firefox. Or go 'high tech' and write an Autohotkey script.
