Hi everyone!
I want to delete these to partitions:
![]()
And put the extra space to the C-Drive. How can I do that?
I have heard of a guy, that it's dangerous to delete any partitions BEFORE the C:\ drive, because of the boot files. Is it true?
If it is, do I have to reinstall Windows 7?
And oh, I burned a recovery CD from Acer - Is it possible to recover, even if the hidden partitions are gone? The recovery partition is deleted anyway (Don't know how, I have never formatted it)

Sorry for double post, but I fixed it!
I downloaded Easeus Partition Master (Free program), and extended my C-drive. As the other guy said, I was unable to boot windows. Luckily I had made a backup on the D-drive, so I just reinstalled Windows. -

You really didn't have to reinstall Windows, all you needed to do was repair the boot files. There are a couple of ways to do this. One is to boot from the Windows install disk and use the repair function. The other is there are some apps floating around that will facilitate repairing the boot files. The issue is really simple. The boot files are expecting to find Windows at a fixed spot on the drive, when they can't Windows won't boot. The boot files have a file which contains the magic pointer to that fixed spot. Update the pointers (which is what these apps do) and Windows boots again. Sorry we didn't;t get the word to you earlier about this, it would have saved you some time. I can't recall the name of the app that will do this for you, maybe someone else can chime in.
