    Deleted Linux partition. how to edit boot?

    I didn't like linux! so confusing and not user friendly! couldn't even figure out how to install kmess on it! (MSN Messenger for Linux)

    anyway, I just deleted the partition. How do i go about editing the boot files to boot directly into Vista FTW?

    Find a vista install dvd, boot the repair console and type:
    Bootrec /fixmbr.

    About msn on linux. If the distribution you were using was ubuntu you could have used the add/remove program and looked for msn...

    Just get EasyBCD, there is a tutorial(somewhere) on how to use it, search the neosmart web page. IMO tutorial is not needed, the program is simple enough and easy to use.
