Is it okay if I delete Folder "Users" in my C drive. I am the only one that uses this laptop, and dont really like the file hierarchy. Or would this cause some other kinds of problems with the OS? I want to just make all the folders under just C:\X
Thanks.

I don't think you can, buddy. While I can sympathize with the desire to keep things nice and neat, I think that you won't be able to delete those folders without deleting the accounts themselves.
Unless you're talking about "documents and settings" for "all users", etc. You can delete those, but It's probably not a good idea, considering they hold all the files for your desktop and whatnot.
Are you using Vista or XP? I'm not sure if the info above applies to Vista as well. Probably does though. -
If you delete it, you'll either muff up the entire installation (e.g., because you deleted your own profile) or else it'll just get re-created by the OS the next time you boot up.
There are various ways of restructuring your file system so that a lot of stuff goes someplace other than "My Documents" but you ought to do some research on that before you start tinkering with the default file structure. -
-Make the folders in the C:\ drive
-Go to users folder and right click on the folder you want to re-locate
-Go to Properties, click on the location tab, and click "move"
-Select the new location of the folder
*Be careful though because you may lose your files doing this. I suggest you backup your files before doing this. A warning dialogue will appear when you try to "move" the folder. READ IT.
After doing this, your C:\Users\yyyyyyyy\xxxxxxx folders will be referenced to C:\xxxxxx
