    Deleting a usb key partion ??

    ive got a 512 mb usb key i want to some portable stuff on ,but when i insert it it comes up with 2 drives, 1 is an empty 1.45mb drive,the other the rest of the space, its very annoying

    how can i easily delete the partion so its 1 drive ?

    under "my computer" did you right click on the usb drive letter and select "Format"

    yes, the thing is i get 2 drive letters pop up in my computer,and on the desktop when i plug it in !!

    ive just downloaded a trial of acronis disk director to see if that works
