How do I remove the saved computer themes and start menu layouts that shows each time you recover your system. I noticed that when I get a new notebook or if I recover it then after I sign in to my e-mail address it will show if I want to have the same themes and layouts then I would for example click on the Dell Dallas-PC. Dallas PC is the name for the computer but basically once I create a profile I cant right click and delete it. Where do I go to remove saved profiles on my computer? I wanted to start fresh like my e-mail account is new and has no computer profiles saved. This is for Windows 8.1 btw.

Its what makes any new computer you sign in will automaticly put your wallpaper as a background and favorites on your browser and saved passwords.

In the past what I did was deleting my Hotmail account and made a new one but I am getting tired of doing this since I have to change my e-mail soo many times. Theres got to be a way to delete the profile the save each computers background and homepage for internet explore etc.
