    Not voting -
    XP with 1GB of RAM.
Though running that system with only 1GB of RAM is a horrible waste. Upgrade to 4GB, use Vista Ultimate 64 bit. Will cost you like 70 bucks.

Your signature says 1024MB DDR2-667 RAM. What was I to think? Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus is a software modem, if you don't use dial up you can just disable it.

I don't know, it could be improperly installed video drivers (or you might not have rebooted yet)
Or it could be another card, like a TV tuner. If you want to right click it, go to properties, go to the details tab and click hardware IDs from the drop down box and give me that code I can help you more.

Try to find yourself a Vista DVD with SP1 integrated, it's better than installing SP1 afterward.
