I have a Dell Studio Laptop and I have recently experienced difficulty printing from networked printers. When I send to print, no response, until I restart the computer and then it will respond by printing the document. What do you think???

I noticed you had a PDF viewing issue also, you may want to consider a fresh install of Windows if you have not done that recently, especially if you are having other issues in addition to the 2 you posted. Welcome to the Forum !

Are your computers all a part of the same network/workgroup? I've had issues with that as well.
