This has probably been answered before, but I searched and couldn't find anything.

I am on Vista Home Premium 32bit. I've deleted a desktop icon for a program a dozen times, and everytime I restart the icon comes back..

Any suggestions? Obviously I've deleted the recycle bin.. I've even run CCleaner on the recycle bin to make sure its been deleted yet it comes back.. -_- ARGH!

Its Cyberlink Youcam.. the stupid program that comes with the drivers for the webcam/microphones on my laptop..

I'd uninstall the program if I could...
