The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hang on :p. It was very random...i'll see in a week if it was Norton ;). If it shows up with this AV then it aint the av. I have nothing on it. no Asus apps, nothing. Won't know what to do :p

    we'll do! i was just messing with ya wishmaker!. but your problem seemed like a very unique one indeed. so if you don't mind...let me know if it shows up again. i may have to try to recreate this and find a fix. could be usual for some of my clients.
