Relax, you've got two options, One-You can always contact Dell and change your order. Since you just ordered it, they shouldn't have to start it over. Two-Keep the 4 GB, who knows, you may upgrade to x64 later on and you'll be glad that the extra RAM is already there. :)

Does your OS really affect gameplay such as CSS? Because I don't wanna call them up cause I SURLEY KNOW that there gonna delay it if I ask for x64.

At least from what I gathered from this thread ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=278971 ) there isn't much difference.

A 32 bit OS is actually better for gaming in some ways because most games aren't optimized to run on an x64 system yet.

Don't worry Pancakez, nothing bad will happen. You should get any wired errors or anything. Your current 32 bit vista OS will probably use between 3 and 3.5 GB of RAM, and leave the rest to rot!

Just figure out how to get your hands on a 64bit disc because you can use your Vista license that comes with your laptop for it.

4GB from Dell is EXTREMELY overpriced. Change the order to 1GB, and buy 4GB somewhere else (NewEgg, Fry's).

You'll still get about 3.5GB available, which isn't bad.

Also, if you order Business or Ultimate you are entitled to an x64 version of the OS. You just have to call and ask AFTER receiving the laptop.
