    Did the program work correctly?

I opened up a Control Panel Applet, and ran Acer Media Touch, a configuration utility for my touch pad. It worked fine and when I closed the window, a message appeared asking if the applet opened properly. I accidentally clicked the equivalent of "NO" and now every time I open this applet, I am asked via UAC "Windows needs your permission to continue"
    "Run a Legacy CPL elevated".

However it was working fine before, so how do I remove this annoying message every time I want to use the program?

I have been asked this when opening the Java control panel applet too, but that time I clicked "Yes, the applet works fine" and have never been prompted by UAC again.

Please help. I have searched everywhere, with no success.
    Thanks.

Disable and enable UAC again? That might fix it.

    I'd just keep it disabled.
