Should I install both? What's the difference?

Disc defrag defrags your hard drive, so removes random spacings and such between files. Registry defrag defrags the registry, which, to the best of my knowledge, is a database used by Windows to store details about programs and itself. Defragging the registry may show overall performance and reduce boot up times, but it's riskier than disc defrag.
