I just bought a Tecra A6 (aussie version with the x1400) and the screen is a bit too small so I use custom DPI settings of 110%. I am going to hook it upto a 19" WS LCD (Viewsonic va1912wb) and would like to have the standard DPI settings when connected to the monitor. I had a look at the x1400 Catalyst drivers but I think it is a Windows setting and is sort of before it gets to the video output and so it wouldn't really help. Then I thought hardware profiles might work but they look to be more enable/disable a component without any configuration possible. Is there any way I might be able to get this to work?

Any help is very much appreciated.

    Thank you
