Is there any program out there that can adjust the display brightness after a certain amount of time idle?

    I want something like:
    Active: Full Brightness
    1 minute idle: Lowest Brightness
3 minutes idle: Turn Off Display

This power scheme is sort of like how a lot of PDAs and cell phones work. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

Edit: In case this stuff is vendor specific, I have a Dell E1505.

in your power options you can set lcd to turn off after X mins; there is no resident xp function that will dim after X mins.

That would be a great feature.
