    Hi all,

I'm having a problem with any power settings on battery while watching videos on media center, even on Maximum Performance. I can't make it keep my brightness setting on max after idling/watching like 5 minutes, it automatically lowers it 3 bars, or even sets it to the dimmest, depending on which power setting I choose. I want to disable any automatic dimming while on battery, and while watching videos but I can't seem to find anywhere to change this option. I have no screensaver installed either.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

you are ware that keeping your screen brightness set to the max lowers your battery battery time. most laptops are lucky to get a full 2 hours on battery running a max brightness. GL
