I'm using CHC's battery icon and wish to disable XP's battery meter. However, when I try to go to power options -> Advanced, and uncheck it, it still shows up!! I can't get rid of it no matter what I do. How the hell do I get rid of this stupid thing?

    Thanks!

Right click on the little battery, hit open power meter, and uncheck the first box.

Whoops, nevermind. I just noticed the "hide system battery icon" box in CHC. All is good now! Thanks.
