Anyone know how to? Using maximum performance does not help.. Tried with RMClock but the "Enable EIST" feature is greyed out and my bios does not have the ability to do it.. Anyone?

    Thanks

PS - The laptop is sadly a Zepto Nexus.

StepSpeed is not a Vista feature, it's an intel one. It should be available in your bios - you want want to consult the manufacture manual.

And why do you want to disable it? It does not affect performance at all.. It automatically boosts speed when need - no lag whatsoever
