As the title says, having just disbled UAC i now find that all my fruity studio tracks are missing as are all of my saved game files! :-(

Anyone know how to get them back ?

Why does vista do this as im still logged in as the same user (admin rights etc)

It`s really irritating as my 5920G starts up so much quicker without UAC!!!

Did you turn UAC back on to see if it's really UAC?

UAC can mess up alot of games and things if you turn it off late into the mix because it changes file locations and virtualization or something along those lines.

Yes i`ve tried re-enabling UAC and all my files are magically back where i expect them to be ......

I know i should have disabled it right from the get go but sadly i thought what the heck, I`ll get used to it.

    I hate it lol

There must be a way to get those files back, just a case of finding it :-(
