I had an old version of Diskeeper Pro Premier, but when the updates came, I deleted their original setup files. I reformatted my laptops and tried to use the upgraded version's setup file to install it. However, it keeps giving me this "Your version of Diskeeper is not upgradeable". It seems that the setups I downloaded were only upgrades and I still needed the original one to install them (which I don't have anymore). Is there any way to remedy this? Thanks,

Download the trial from the website. Move the License.dal file you got if you activated your old version of Diskeeper from the internet into the same folder as the install file. Run the trial setup.
If this doesn't work, or if you don't have the License.dal file, or whatever, just install the trial version. Then, just find your 29-character license key of your old Diskeeper and use it to activate the program.
If you have neither or if this doesn't work, then, you could try e-mailing diskeeper support with some proof of your purchase maybe?
If not, sorry...you're stuck with buying another full version? -
I don't have the old file anymore. It was deleted along with everything else during the reformatting.

Try contacting Diskeeper with proof of purchase. Maybe even your e-mail address would work--I don't remember how they activated my license, but I'm sure they must have some record.
