On my Fujitsu S6210 there is an icon that says "Click Me".
Setup should be performed in order to make your computer easier to use.
Some functions cannot be used if the setup has not been performed.
Please be sure to activate all functions by performing a setup.
By performing the setup, the following actions are implemented:
- Desktop is changed into the original Fujitsu style.
- Standard mail software is set up.
- Screen saver is set up. Start-up programs are registered.
- Initial setting of applications is performed.
Then I have the option of installing now or later. What should I do?
What do those things mean exactly?

I say go for it. Most likely it will set up a boot launcher and finalize some Fujitsu specific desktop and taskbar changes. You can always retore frm the system disks if you don't like Fujitsu's "ideal" set-up.

I don't know, I think fujitsu is trying to load all of their junk on your computer the same way Dell tries to do it on mine. Set a system restore point if you decide to go for it anyway.
Completed mods:

Have any of you other Fujitsu users ran the "Click Me" program?
If so, what are your thoughts?
