Is this a poll, like you're curious, or is there some other information you're trying to get?

A VPS is just a virtual server, connect to it how you want, or however your needs require you to do so.

A typical VPS offers maybe a https:// connection.

If a VPS doesn't offer a https connection, how to connect secure ?

SSH? Like I said, a VPS is just a server, it has nothing to do with security.
