Does IE9 still have the index.dat issues where long gone history still autocompletes?

Even though I've long since deleted youtubetime.com from my history IE9 still autocompletes to that when I type in youtube. I remember having a similar issue with autocomplete remembering old sites not listed in history in IE7 (but not IE8, strangely) due to some corruption in the index.dat files and entries sometimes never being purged. Does IE9 have the same problem.

(note: "turn off autocomplete" and "use a different browser" are not helpful replies)
