    It shows up in Windows Update, but it won't install, and when I try to manually update the driver in Device Manager it says I have the latest version (though I do not since I downgraded to 7.XX).

    Here you go, it's backup from my laptop with Driver Magician, so no installer. Unzip, then just right-click My Computer - Manage - Device Manager - Display Adapters - adapter properties - Update driver - and point to the folder manually. Hope works.
