Does anyone know what video editing software this vines/flowers slideshow animation is from?

OK, so I saw this weird slideshow video with a wildly out of place background and music. It's like vines and flowers growing slowly. While watching it, i thought it'd be perfect to use to make a slideshow for my girlfriend and i. Can anyone tell where this background is from? Best Scotty Downriggers to Buy - YouTube

I use Windows Movie Maker, it's my favorite video editing software.
