I have an HP notebook and the sub-woofer is underneath on the right hand side and it make the sound on the right hand side noticeably louder that i have to reduce the speaker output on the right hand side to 50% to even the sound up, my last notebook and Asus was the same.

    Has anybody else noticed this.

    John.

This is because the speaker, if you listen to it, is more like a full range. That sub puts out at least to mid range frequencies.....
