Just bought a Toshiba notebook with pre-installed Vista Home Prem.
Anyway I can downgrade it to run XP Pro SP2?

    Contact Toshiba?

    Thanks,

You'll have to purchase a license of XP from a vendor. Try www.newegg.com

Night's right as usual, if you are going to purchase a copy of XP be sure to remember that the OEM and academic versions will be the cheapest.

Hah! I wish there was. :D

The only ones to still be had with XP is either old stock or certain business-class units. Other than that, manufacturers seem to have forgotten that XP still exists as a viable alternative.

XPS Gamming Units from Dell are the only notebooks Dell now sells with XP. I wonder if Alienware does the same?

Hmm. This speaks volumes as to the current state of video driver functionality within Vista. ;)
