Want an app that searches for drivers of all your installed devices/hardware and informs you if there are any updates giving you download links to the updated drivers?
There are many driver search apps but most of them are either paid or scams to make you purchase additional software or may even contain PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs) that may harm your system.
DriversCloud is a FREE driver updater that works like a charm and finds all updated drivers then gives you download links for the updated drivers. All the links come from the official manufacturers so they are safe to install.
Furthermore, we often see driver update software providing you with new driver updates that are not relevant to your system and may cause instability or loss of functionality. DriversCloud only shows you drivers that are actually relevant to your system.
No ads, no viruses, and completely free.

Yeah like if you want malware infested software or rootkits. Best site is your laptop maker site for the latest verified driver support.

All links were from the manufacturer directly so no malware
Here are the versions I got:
Intel Chipset Software v10.1.1.14
ke2400 v9.0.0.37
Intel Management Engine Driver v11.0.0.1202
Intel WLAN Driver v18.32.0.5 -
I am still a firm believer that you shouldn't update any driver unless you are having issues. Or maybe you purchase a new game that needed updated drivers for your GPU.
But for those that always want the latest driver maybe that software is OK. -

That's why I always create an image of my OS before installing any drivers so if any of the new ones causes issues, I just go back to the previous image.
With that said, I saw now harm updating the above mentioned drivers, actually, it feels better now as the IME version in my Eurocom/Prema BIOS now matches the driver that I am actually installing.
Furthermore, I read the changelog of the Intel Chipset Software I was installing and it contained a lot of bug fixes pertaining to USB connectivity so I saw no harm in updating them.
Again, what you said is wise as is no need to update drivers just because there is a newer version unless you are having a problem with the old drivers, BUT, for those who do want to update them, this is the best tool IMO for doing that as we know how the other driver updaters are shady and give you driver updates which are not even relevant to your system just to make money and convince you to pay.toughasnails likes this. -
