I'm not quite sure what I did, but all the sudden the "removable devices" in My Computer are all out of order. They seem to be grouped by type now, instead of listed alphabetically by drive letter. Yesterday, the list appeared with drive E: first, then F - J (a flash drive and 4 card reader bays), followed by my other 3 optical drives. Today, it looks like a jumbled mess. I'm sure there's some painfully easy setting to change it back that I'm missing, but that's what you guys are here for.
OS is Windows Vista x64.

Hi, have yiou tried right clicking the window and choosing 'Arrange Icons By', and choosing 'Type, Name, Size etc..
-
In your screen shot it shows that you have arranged drives by type ^. Just click Name header.
-
Clicking the name header separates them into 3 groups, A-H, I-P, and Q-Z. The default way Windows had it, and the way I would like to get it back to, had the hard drives in the first group and the removable drives in the second, but within those groups they were still sorted by name. I can't seem to get back to that no matter what I click.

View -> Tiles?

Already set that way
I've gotten it to the point where at least the drives are in the correct order, but the divider between hard drives and removable drives is not there. If I try to do anything in the "type" tab, it screws up the order. -
Well, this fixed itself. Don't know why it happened in the first place or why it went back to normal.
