What software do you use to dual boot?

I have used v-com's System Commander for some time, but every time I go to reformat and reinstall, seems I always have an issue. The Partition Magic PQBoot requires a FAT32 partition.

I'm looking for a simple boot manager that won't FUBAR everything when I go to reformat. I basically just want to install Windows, image it to another partition, and dual boot two versions of XP - one for work, one for games - plus Vista.

Anyone know of something that works flawlessly and simply?

But I would like to hide boot partitions when I start up. I don't think the built in one works. Plus I don't have Vista installed yet, just want dual XP ones for now, and EasyBCD doesn't seem to work unless you have Vista installed.

Thanks for the suggestion though. Any other ideas?
