When doing Dual screen is it possible to get a start bar on the second screen also? (task bar)

Why is that important?
You would need to not do an extended desktop but more like a stretch/span across both screens if you wanted that. Mind you, any app that you try to fullscreen would span both monitors. -
UltraMonitor can do that, but its not free.

It is possible on Vista. Mine was under Nvidia's desktop view. Extend my desktop to the second screen was the option.

But that makes the entire screen act as one. If you maximize the display...well, it goes across both screens.
Ultramon can maintain separate start bars for each monitor, and that's really great. -
