64bit is compatible with 32 bit software. It is possible, but not necessary. Just install 64 bit.

Yep, seem to be, or i can upgrage 32 bit to 64 bit, but really want to try 64 bit, wanna see how its perform, if its gonna mess up, then i will format 32 bit and install fresh 64 bit one.

You can dual boot, but you can't activate the 64-bit OS with the same Product key as the 32-bit. You can always try it without activating for 30 days (can be extended upto 120 days).

64 bit is definitely better if all your hardware are compatible.

    Thanks you all.

At last instead of duel boot, i formated my 32 bit w7u and installed 64 w7u.
atleast clean C drive, if no performance gain. XD

Sure you can as long as it is only on one computer. I have done it many times.

    Performance gains are relative.

I personally use x64 for some time now, and I had no complaints.
If your computer is x64 capable (and it apparently is), then stick with x64.
