Figured I would share this with the community.

A little over a year ago at work we had an issue with the FireEye (xgat) client causing computers to drop off the domain and lock all accounts that weren't local. This is the "User Profile Service Failed Error" if you ever experience it. This will also cause a domain trust relationship error.

    What happens?

    - All domain accounts are locked
    - Network connectivity is disabled
    - Admin account with network password rotation is locked out

I came up with a way to get back into an encrypted hard drive and change the local admin password to allow me to log in as admin and rejoin the machine to the domain.

I built these images from scratch, using MDOP

You can read a little about MDOP here

    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mdop.aspx

I have shared these images from pcloud here

    https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code=kZhrn4ZWBypjbNLn1FXOphiVzv7MfN13VVk

This version of ERD I created is confirmed to work on Win 7 - Win 10 Machines.
You will need to use the 32 bit iso with a 32 bit OS and a 64 bit iso with a 64 bit os.

I have also included a Windows 10 ISO that works as both an Upgrade and Fresh Installation.

These are valuable tools I thought I would share with you guys, if you have any questions please pm me or reply to this thread.

    Thanks

That would be a IT problem that unless you had admin control there is nothing much you can do. Most company computer don't give you Admin login but user login so if you got IT problem then that is to be direct to your IT department to fix.

Glad you read my post instead of lightly scanning it and completely missing the purpose.

Yeah... I certify the software for the company.

Anyway with this program you can log into any Win 7, Win 8, Win 10 computer and change any users password. This is great for computer repair shops and even the average techie.

Just trying to help the community, not looking for advice... Thanks!
