Do you know of any software that receives your email then depending on if they are on your safe list or not you get their emails.

So someone will email you, a email will be sent to them saying please verify your email so anyone@domain.com will get your email. If your email address is not verified your email will not be received.

I hope I explained it enough for you guys to get what I'm talking about.

Almost all decent email programs do this - its called using a safe-list only. The POP email program can be set to automatically trash all emails (or completely delete) if they are sent from people not on your safe-list. Try playing around with your email settings, it should show up.

Bingo - Personally, I recommend Mozilla's Thunderbird which is free and very powerful and definitely has the white-list feature.

I think he's talking about more than a Safelist or Spamfilter.

I have ran into this a couple of times. It's purpose is to elimante E-mail Bots, making it impossible for someone to spam you unless they verify their e-mail address via the e-mail sent to them.

Not Software but more like a Middle man site that redirects email to you ONLY if the sender verifies.

I tried to google it but could not seem to find it, being I don't remember the name.

Yeah, it's a forwarding service. I checked out bigfoot and they might offer what I want.

I wish I could remember the one I looked last year. I guess I'll keep lookin.

    Thanks for all your help.
