Can someone please tell me the significance with emails from people that have message titles like : "Make mozre mongey to live better" or "Giveh her whagt she wnats" and have attachments? I never ever open these emails but there are 20 per day. How do I prevent from getting this garbage?

I have set my hotmail filter to exclusive, so only those who are in my contact list or safe list can get their email in my inbox.
rest all emails go to the junk folder, which I delete in a single click after checking for a known sender.

This way my inbox does not get cluttered with spam.

The fact that it's virtually the only way to prevent spam with Hotmail is exactly the reason why I ditched this crappy email service a couple of years ago.

Man I get those messages once in a while in the spam filter of my gmail account. I don't bother opening it because I know what is in it. Just don't open anything that looks like gibberish and has an attachment or asks you if you want to improve your life by buying ummm...how should I put this, "body part enhancing drugs". But gmail has done a great job filtering the right things as spam. Although sometimes it plays dumb and takes my school email as spam, since I forward it to my gmail.
