    I keep on getting this massage on FireFox

    The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading

    i usually get that message while i lose my connection all of a sudden
    yea also make sure that the firewall allows it to access the internet
    if nothing at all works try reinstalling firefox

    Focus, is it loading any pages at all? Does IE work correctly? If IE works, but Fx does not, Waveblade could be very correct - firewall is blocking Fx's access to the internet.

    Have you installed any firewalls recently?

    That is probably the server, but could be your ISP or even your firewall. Firefox is just delivering the message that it's getting the silent treatment.

    You are absolutely correct. It happens to me a few times a day on FF, IE7 and Opera. ;)

    I've been getting it fairly often the past two weeks, which, coincidentally, is the same length of time I've been seeing trucks of workers laying new fiber in the neighborhood.

    It could also be a problem with your router, whether wireless or not.
