    What it means is that afd.sys or something related to it is trying to access memory in an unexpected way.

    a cursory look across the internet seems to indicate this is related to either firewalls or anti-piracy measures and how they interact with that file.

    Are you running a third party firewall?

    Are you running any kind of disk emulation software (daemon-tools, alcohol, etc)>

    Download Who Crashed which will give a much better dump report.

    also when you say it has black lines is it anything like this (below) as thats the graphics card dying.
