I set up the name format in the options, but the name of the songs still appear as "Track 01" etc.

I also was not able to set up LAME. I unzipped LAME as instructed into the EAC setup folder, but the wizard still can not locate the lame.exe file.

After inserting a CD you'll still need to download the track names (Database > Get CD Information from > Remote freedb) or type them in yourself if your CD isn't in the database yet.

You can setup LAME manually (EAC > Compression options > External Compression).

    Thank you

It still can't find the LAME EXE. I went through every folder. There are no program files.

After unzipping LAME, do I need to do something else in order for the exe to appear?

Yes, it wants an e-mail address (IIRC the setup wizard should have asked for it? Go to EAC > freedb / Database options... > freedb if you didn't enter one) in case you want to submit track names to freedb yourself.

See above. Enter an e-mail address in the options and it should start working.

You said you unzipped it... you should know where to and if there was a lame binary in the archive

I unzipped it in the EAC folder as instructed. It is not there. What is a LAME binary?

I did a search on my computer for lame.exe. nothing.
