    Thing to check:
    1. open 'Task Manager'
    2. hit 'Processes' tab
    3. locate 'config.exe'
    4. right click
    5. hit 'Open File Location' (or use drive search)
    6. upload 'config.exe' to online virus scan (and one other)
The message means it failed (exception) to convert '6.2' to non-floating. Seems it expected '6.200000000247' or something and it was a nice double value already  (j/k).
