On my computer I have 2 versions of certain songs.

-WMA lossless ripped from CD (Large File Size)
-MP3 for Ipod (Smaller File Size)

Is there any way I can have WMP exclude the MP3 files from its library?

You can right click the file(s) and say delete...then Windows will ask you if you want to delete from library or delete from library and hard drive. Select the first one (the second one will cause it to be deleted via bypassing recycle bin!).
