Hey all, sometimes when I open up Windows Explorer, it will open up very slowly. Like... It will open up once I click it, but it will go into slo-mo when it opens. It's like explorer went matrix on me. The explorer box will slooowly fade into existance and will sloooowly fade away. This happen to anybody?

Never heard of such, and your specs look good.

    Happens with just Win. Explorer?

Maybe vid. card driver issue? Any recent updates done?

Thanks :D and yeah, although it's rare, I'll open up my documents, my music, etc.. and it slowly creeps up there. It's like it's teasing me or something, but once i click it it immediatly opens, just slowly. And I haven't updated my gpu drivers (dell never updates them) and no, no major updates.

Have you ever connected to network? If you have do you notice any disconnected drives when explorer finally loads?

Do you have ample free space on your primay (C) Drive?

Mmmmm, nope, that has not happened. Next time it happens, I will record it though. Never seen that before in my life. And I used to have a G73JH. Good choice there :D And yes, I have plenty of hard drive space left.
