Is there a way to export the themes, extensions, bookmarks and other stuff from FF, so I can have them as a back up, or put them on another computer?

you can export the bookmarks. If you go to manage bookmarks, then click on "file" you'll see the option to export/import.

As for the themes/extensions, I don't believe you can.

Try to get the extension named, Mr. Tech Local Install. It would archive all of you .xpi's, your extensions and .jars, you themes, to a specified folder for you. But then you can save your bookmarks as SouthernGirl has said. Or you can use something called portable firefox. I believe on the Portable Firefox site it has directions on how to import your settings, so it could be of some use.
