Is there a way to permanently change the text size in Fire Fox?

I cannot seem to find an extension that can do the trick. Only extensions I found just add the buttons to one of the bars.

    thanx :D

I just goto view-->text size. I never have my text size change from that.

Are you wanting it different on certain sites or something?

No I just want to make it smaller on all sites. WXGA+ on a 17" is a waste of space, so I thought at least with smaller text in FF I can fit a bit more on the screen, and it's still quite readable.

can you just keep downsizing it till you are set? The bad part is that your avatar stayed the same size - so it only adjusts the text, not the actual site size.

Yup graphics stay the same size. But changeing it thru the view menu or with the extensions that add the buttons is temporary. When you close FF and reopen it, it goes back to the default.

Edit: never mind, I think I found it
