    FIFA 09 problem in windows 7

    I have a strange problem.

    When i start the game i get a error tab
    "FIFA 09 is not installed correctly.Please reinstall"

    It is happening only in some builds of windows 7

    Beta x86 - Worked
    RC1 x86 - Error
    7264 x86 Worked
    7264 X64 - Error
    7600.16384 x64 - Error
    7600.16385 x32 - Worked
    7600.16385 x64 - Error

    I have/had installed all latest Graphics drivers (Dell site and ATI Sites)

    DELL Studio 15 Laptop
    C2D 2.4Ghz,4gb RAM
    ATI Mobility Raedon 4570HD

    Any solutions ??
